"This equinox has gotten so bad. There’s never toilet paper in the stalls. There is 2 bench presses in the entire gym and they’re always full. They switched out the Kiehls products for a much worse product and are trying to convince the members that it’s just as good when it’s clearly not and nobody likes it."

She took the time to find it, track it at Flatiron and then save it for me. Little things like this - details, customer service, responsiveness. I so so love this. Thank you !! It made my day."

"I was a member here years ago then after the pandemic, I had to leave (unfortunately). I just came back and boy did I miss this gym. When the class instructor greets you again and remembers you had an injury from years ago, that’s something to cherish. So happy I’m back!! It’s not fitness, it’s life!!"

Made me feel amazing in my body and progress and motivated me the entire way even through rough patches. Could not recommend her more especially for people who feel intimidated by the gym environment.
