"In this gym they are being abusive, how is it possible that we have been waiting for more than three months for them to organize the extension machine, even knowing that we pay a monthly fee, an annual maintenance fee. "So I came in with a 3 day guest pass, and I was sat down with a sales member named Nick. As I sat down we had a brief conversation about what gym I used to go to which is Lifetime Fitness and how I why i stopped working out there. He immediately writes down numbers of prices of the remembership to the La Fitness and tells me what he can give me off. MIND YOU, he didn't take me on tour of the gym or anything. As we continue talking I told him I want to get a feel of the gym again and I can make up my mind after. He goes to his manager and asks he or she a question and says oh I didn't know you had a 3 day guest pass. I said YES I just want to workout and I feel everything out. He proceeded to ask me how long will I work out for and said no rush. But for me to workout I need to leave my ID with them...like WHAT???!!! Like what kind of nonsense is this, I'm sorry but don't push no used car salesmen tactics if you want people to join, it's ridiculous. Even when I joined Lifetime for $225 a month I brought guest in and they NEVER been haggled like that. Meanwhile when I went into the men's locker room see overflowing garbage and stuff on the floor.....I guess you really get what you pay for. So I'll be back at lifetime fitness. I'm sure they're better alternatives for the same price. Please stay away"
"I have been having an excellent experience so far at L.A Fitness. I love all of the machines and equipment that are available at our fingertips and I also appreciate the overall vibe. It is a very friendly and peaceful environment for me personally. Looking forward to coming back again to train hard."
"Unfortunately, the gym, which has a great structure, is abandoned, adrift. Maybe they got tired because the public that attends doesn't have the slightest responsibility and respect for others. Use the weights and leave them spread out. They don't have the slightest decency to return it to the place where they took it. Many backpacks spread across the floor, and there are lockers for that. Not even in neighborhood gyms in Brazil did I see such a lack of education on the part of the students. In this case, the academy will have to place someone to monitor and draw these people's attention. Now the lack of maintenance is also hindering training. They need to be more effective and faster. By improving these two points, the gym will return to quality and retain its customers."
