"THE WAY THIS STORE HANDLED ME AND KEARNEY WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND KIND I COULD NEVER BE PAID THEM FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME I WILL GIVE THEM THE SHIRT OFF MY BACK IF I COULD. I WILL ASK THE CORPORATION IF I CAN DO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL FOR THEM IN THE NEXT COMING WEEKS THE WHOLE STORE. I COULD NEVER REPAY THEM ENOUGH THEY WAS CONSIDERATE KIND AND COMPASSIONATE AND THAT'S SOMETHING RARE IN THIS DAY AND AGE. "They need to control the Curbside parking better. The delivery service people are amazing, but management needs to get it together. People are parking there and going inside to do their shopping. And not allowing enough parking and restrictions for curves side pick up."

"I am writing this one star review simply because I was occupying the last stall in the men’s room at the back of the store. While I was in there relieving myself on the toilet, I was confronted by a broom and dust pan at my feet under the stall. I proceeded to rush because it was uncomfortable to know someone was cleaning as I’m using the bathroom. As I finish and walk out of the stall I see a female employee entering the bathroom with a mop and see the broom and dust pan in the corner. Safe to assume it was her cleaning. I proceed to wash my hands and tell her she is not to be in there while it is occupied. I then realize she doesn’t speak a lick of English for she gave me a dumb founded look. I proceed to call ethics and relay this incident to them. I was then told to call corporate, called corporate and was transferred back to ethics. I feel that I was violated of my right of privacy and no one was able to do anything about it. I also spoke to a manager briefly after it occurred. This managers name was ISA and they seemed to not care for they were paying more attention to their phone. I don’t know where management gets their training, nor some of the employees, but it is clear as day to me that something needs to be done. Again, I am not happy and will be taking legal action. Do not let this happen to you. Report what you see and take matters into your own hands."

"I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get assistance to get air freshener. I asked one associate for help and other associates see me standing and I’ve asked one of the coach someone will be with you and no one showed up. Just horrible and it’s not getting any. Coach speaking Spanish to his associates with absolutely no help. Associates, coaches and managers Spanish and every rude and unpolished with poor customer service skills."

"Too busy at counters. Almost at all counters there are 10-15 customers are waiting to be billed. We visited this place at 9:00 pm. Better to come in afternoon times to this place."
