"I have been going to Sweet Stretch Pilates religiously for the past couple of months and I absolutely love it! I understand there can be certain workouts that can be intimidating, but Sheena is an angel! She cares so deeply for her clients, super accommodating and knowledgeable. Also, because the studio is set up to be more intimate, she has a hands on approach to make sure you’re maximizing the impact of your workout. I came to her for private lessons as soon as I was able to work out after having a baby and she’s been amazing in making me do workouts that help me heal and tone my body. With each lesson, I feel like I’m getting stronger and more confident and it has become something that I look forward to every week, which is saying a lot because I had never been one of those people who would work out consistently! That being said, investing in your body is so vital because it impacts every other area in your life. As they say, “Health is Wealth” and if you have been on the fence of trying out Pilates, I highly recommend her studio to start your Pilates journey! You won’t regret it!"
