"I hired six bikes here. They told me I had two hours and 15 minutes. It took 20 minutes to get going. I arrived back 7 minutes late and was scammed for $65. When I explained he became very aggressive and refused to return my driving licence. The young children with me were very frightened and upset. When we arrived earlier the owner was arguing with another customer and was very aggressive with him. So he seems to make a habit of it. He finished my rental experience by shouting at me in Russian. Definitely the worst business I’ve come across in New York or indeed ever."

"I LIVE IN NYC AND THIS LOCATION SCAMMED ME AND MY FAMILY VISITING. DO NOT RENT FROM THE 117 WEST 58TH LOCATION. THE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THEY WILL CHEAT YOU LIKE THEY CHEATED US. They took an extra 15 min because our bikes needed changed for fit and we had to wait for a bike from the garage. We only wanted an hour and they insisted we take 2. When we returned an hour later they kept our money and would not refund the second hour.. The bikes were back in their possession to rent again. They were unreasonable and STOLE our hard earned money from us. They were responsibe for our delayed start time but did not update their system but said they would. When I asked to see the start time on their computer they refused. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT GO TO THE 117 WEST 58TH STREET LOCATIONS THEY WILL CHEAT YOU."

"Pretty good prices, I would recommend 2hrs if you want to get around the whole park on a non-electric bike and be able to hop off and see the main sights. Free helmet hire if desired. My only issue is that the bikes probably aren’t diligently maintained. The rear brake was super squeaky and pretty worn and useless. A rookie biker might have trouble or use the front brake more in error and tumble. You’d hope each bike was checked and serviced every night."

"On our 15th anniversary together, my husband and I booked the central park bike tour. We picked up our bikes a block away from the park. Bikes were in great condition. Phillip was our guide and was very informative. Amazing how much history there is in a city. Thank you Phillip for the tour. We enjoyed all the stops in the park and its beauty."
