"I had a brilliant experience here, we rented bikes through this company. Unfortunately, I went over my time allowance, but when I bought the bike back, the owner said it was okay and was very reasonable about it. Fantastic top-notch customer service, the bikes are very good quality and serviced daily."

"Bought a bike on eBay and it was a total bait and switch. The bike didn’t look anything like the picture at all. The hydraulic arms on the front were in terrible condition. I’m muscular and had to put all 200lbs of pressure to get them to go down. They obviously don’t do any maintenance on these things. They said that “brand new they are $700”. So what? If it’s in terrible condition it’s in terrible condition. The $160 we paid wasn’t worth the bike or the trip uptown. It’s going to cost twice as much to fix it. Scammers. And the guy running was rude. Had a terrible attitude when I asked respectfully if there was another bike in more acceptable condition."

"I brought customers there in January, and the front desk lady told me to come back after March, to get my commission, because that’s when the manager will be there. I should’ve noticed that red flag, because I just went right now to get my commission, and the guy in charge told me I can’t get anything because “I’m not in the system“. If I really can’t get a commission because “my name is not in the system“, then the lady should’ve initially told me that in January when I brought them customers. She specifically asked me to take a picture of the receipt and come back after March which I did today. I brought the picture of the receipt to the guy in charge, but he still turned my commission request down. I did exactly as they asked me to do and they didn’t uphold their side of the bargain. This is a bad business practice. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend for people to go to another bike rental store because these people are untrustworthy."

"This was a great way to see Central Park. We rented e-bikes so that the ride was not too strenuous especially on the hills. Definitely recommend the e-bike if you are not a regular bike rider. Some of the hills on the tour were pretty steep. Edward was a great tour guide and gave us lots of history of the park and the buildings around the park. Overall my son and I had a great time."

"They have several locations and rental and tour options. We were nervous about riding bikes on city streets so we rented closest to central park. I definitely didn’t know that Central Park has so many hills. So heads up, bring water and expect an hour minimum to ride the path on a regular bicycle. We took several breaks to walk and rest on a warm day so we barely made it back in two hours. I wish I’d rented them for three hours so we could wander more. The bike trail/road is busy, even on a Tuesday and you don’t see many landmarks from the bike path but it’s fun on a nice day and it’s a good break from all the walking. The rental and return process was simple, the bikes were well maintained and sufficient. But if you want a more relaxing adventure-get the e-bikes."
