"It's a new business in the area. One would think they'd kick-it-off with good customer service. I stopped by to ask questions and the first person told me I needed to speak to someone else who was standing outside the premises, and when I went to speak to this individual, he didn't even acknowledge my presence, not looking at me, responding non-verbally (with head shakes) without saying a word, and appearing bothered by my questions. I left after my second question, without even bothering with the remainder questions I had. Unless they rectify this early on, I don't see how this business will make it in the neighborhood."
