"I did a bag & body class last week with Coach Avery. I have to say in comparison to my experience in boxing classes in Montreal, Hill Street compares very favourably. Coach was very welcoming and immediately aware that I had some experience. He even took an opportunity to show me the ring and sparring session that was running concurrently with the class. I really appreciated that coach came around to us all individually and ironed out some of the combos with pad work, something you won’t find at most gyms. The pace of the class never really let up, which was really good and I got a really good sweat. Would highly recommend this class for someone with a bit or a lot of experience, but I understand there are classes for all levels at Hill Street."
"The Gym: Clean, Open Layout, Boxing Ring (newly added), Friendly Environment, Very Inclusive Classes, and Supportive Staff who are very responsive in person and online. Instructors&The Classes: Super Goal Oriented, Focused, and Motivating. They will empower you and be mindful of your limits and experience. Great workout and great energy. I have never left a class from here wishing I hadn't come. Yes, even the 5AM's... Overall this place has become one of my favorite places to workout. "This place is amazing! I used to hate to workout because I did not know if I did certain exercises right or what to even do. I take the classes for bootycamp and total body and now love working out! The staff is wonderful and they push you to do your best! Highly recommend this place when you do not know where to even start in working out."
