This was my first boat purchase, been on the water for years but finally wanted to make the plunge. I wanted to pick a local marina on the lake so they can perform the service etc. The team from 1st Klas from Mike, who was my sales representative, Adrian and Bud who are excellent at what they do, and also getting to deal directly with the owner Tom, the whole purchasing experience was nothing but positive and professional. The entire team pays attention to every detail, in the customer service world today that is hard to find. "Purchased a used boat in January '24. Before I purchased it, I asked them to go thru it to make it mechanically sound. Long story short, I tried to use it the first time and it didn't work, & it now needs an engine. They refuse all responsibility. Mind you, they didn't even recommend an oil change, I had to ask for one. I returned the boat to them to diagnose it, we disagree on the cause, but they decide to leave the ECM in a pool of water. Further proof their service shop is incompetent at best."

They are great to work with, answered all my questions and Mike even facetimed me giving me a virtual walk-around and water test with their mechanic before I bought the boat since I did not see it in person and was having it shipped. He even prepped the boat for shipping and kept in touch after the sale to keep me informed as to what time the boat was picked up.
