"Ngl the the hot yoga here was HARD. I feel like their room was hotter than other yoga studios, but it was very good. I felt so defeated during class, but the instructor was kind and supportive (blonde lady). I was so amazed when I came home and felt so focused and relaxed. Even though I'm not good at it, I will come back for more. Maybe not hot yoga until I'm ready, but definitely something else. :)"
