The gym is the cleanest gym on Long Island and the locker room and showers are spotless and beautiful. The price is reasonably the fairest comsidering the quality. ED and the gang is awesome there are great hours and a Joe being there with good music to get you going! I know Ed works with so many people that do sports to bring them up to speed for school and travel along with Vets and people that got in accidents!
