Welcome to "Yoga With Amy," your serene sanctuary for holistic wellness in Rocky Point, New York. Amy's classes integrate alignment-based yoga poses, slow flowing sequences, breath work, relaxation, aromatherapy, reiki energy, meditation, and chanting. Our intimate classes are designed for all levels, with modifications encouraged to ensure personal attention and growth. Join us for our diverse class schedule:

- Tuesday Mornings from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. for a Slow Meditative Flow.

- Wednesday Evenings from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m., with classes moving to the beach during summer.

- Friday Mornings from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. for Healing/Gentle Yoga.
