"Great Gym. Feel like home. Excellent trainers. Been a member there for 3+ yeas. Crowded in the evening time. If you like to workout alone, it's best to come in the morning. I do both, depends on work schedule or my mood. Whether you a beginner or professional, you will find the right trainer or sparing partner there. My goal was just to loose weight, and now I became a big fan of mix martial arts. Boxing, kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, all in one gym. Recommend for kids, adults, male, female. Once you get into this, it will become your life style."
