Uni and Pat, along with the rest of the staff, contribute to the warm and supportive environment at Level Up. I never feel intimidated or out of place here. In fact, the atmosphere feels more like a family, where everyone is rooting for each other's success. The classes with Uni are an absolute blast! Not only are they effective workouts, but they're also so much fun. Uni's energy and enthusiasm are infectious, making each session something to look forward to. I can't express how much I love this place. Level Up has truly become my fitness home, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and encouraging environment."

"Tried to go check it out and they didn’t allow me to workout for a day to see if I want to get a membership there. They care about taking your money and try to force you into getting a “trainer”. Yet I have years of experience and also competed in mens physique in the past. So it was kinda offensive to even ask me when’s the last time I worked out. Also received an attitude by staff. I guess it’s more personal training and powerlifting than bodybuilding. I’m used to old school bodybuilding gyms in the west coast and even power house gyms or even golds gyms. I’ve been to bigger private owned gyms and not once did I ever have a hard time checking a place out. People are very uptight here"

I am able to come in and get my work done without being hindered by heavy-handed policies/rules against strength training.
