Their expertise, enthusiasm, and patience make every workout fun and motivating. They have great knowledge and focus on proper form, which have been invaluable in helping me progress safely and effectively. Classes usually have 5-6 people, so expect to get lots of individual attention. Overall, CrossFit 718 has an incredibly supportive and dynamic environment.
