I wasn’t sure how I felt about all the numbers and the heartbeat ratings, but I’m now onto my fourth class in a week, and I’m thrilled to be here! It turns out that heartbeat assessment actually makes me feel safe when I’m pushing things and allows me to push harder! The workouts are so varied-I love that each time there’s something new. The Instructors have been so caring. I’m likely 20 to 40 years older than anyone in the class! And the instructors help me know what workouts will be best for me and safest. "I’ve been coming to this location for about 6 months, and… I love OTF 72nd! I love it so much that I even celebrated my birthday here with friends. The staff went out of their way to make my party special: they put us all together in the studio, they brought in an extra coach for the class to make sure that everyone in my group felt supported and knew what they were doing, and Coach Alexis put on birthday songs for me. Also the staff was so great about communication up until the event. They responded quickly and professionally to all of my emails, and they kept perfect records of everyone who I added to the class (I sent them sooo many emails - I added at least half of our group 1 at a time). The party was a huge hit!! Also, one of the unexpected bonuses of having my party here was that I got to know all of the staff, and now we all know each other by name and greet each other warmly every time I’m in the studio.
