"For the past two months, I went through one of the most significant transformations of my life thanks to the Fit4abetterme's Get Lean Challenge. I joined the four weeks challenge in June to change my eating habits the and once I learned Brende Green, the CEO of this amazing company, was going to do this again for July, I did not hesitate to enroll once more Not only did I lose 21 pounds but I learned to take care and be mindful of my body much more from the inside without focusing on how the shape of my body was transforming. Every week doing this challenge was a new exciting and supporting experience.
