"I don't know about how good are these people to fix bikes, but I know about what happens there some afternoons when this business is about to close, at around 6 or 7pm. One of the employees, a tall, slender man who is about 60 years old, sometimes starts shouting profanities in English and Spanish at ladies and gentlemen who walk in front of this business. A few days ago, he was growling like a beast, probably under the influence, and threw a plastic container at me for absolutely no reason. The owner of this business, who is a younger man, might end up in trouble if his employee cannot be controlled. Probably the landlord of that building, who is Home Group, Management and Maintenance, would be also liable for the behavior of this Alan E-Bike business employee. They need to control his man. This business uses most of the sidewalk in front of that building, they and their costumers frequently block access to pedestrians, mail carriers. They should at least conduct themselves with some civility."
