"Highly recommend for a great workout! I was not someone that worked out regularly, but the coaches and programming at HKC made my workouts more enjoyable and consistent. After 2-3 months of classes, I saw substantial improvements in strength, mobility, and mindset. "Love this gym! I was looking for a strength-training class in the neighborhood. Every instructor has a different flavor and take with classes, but every class has a fun, positive, supportive, and welcoming vibe. You can pick up wherever you are. The classes do a good job of meeting where you're at, and it attracts a great group of different ages and fitness levels, so you have a blast getting stronger with other folks. The instructors are all knowledgeable and teach you a lot about taking care of your body, proper form, and how to get the most out of your workout. Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone in the neighborhood."
"I was introduced to kettlebells before pregnancy and truly enjoyed it. So when I heard about this place opening up in the neighborhood (finally!), I was truly ecstatic. I've only worked out with three of the trainers and they have been nothing short of amazing. They're attentive to form and technique all while being very encouraging. Don't be afraid of kettlebells, you can get in a great workout with them all while building your strength. So definitely check this place out even if you're just curious. Definitely recommend.
