"This shop ripped me off. In the month of May I've taken my bike to them about 3 times. Every time I left the bike got worse. My last experience with them my 250cc turned off on me on a very busy high way in NJ. That was very dangers. The tripple A service person, who ride bikes, was able to point out all the things they did to make my bike worse. I had to spend 48 dollars to go through the towe with tripple A.after spending a little over 300 dollars I finally gave up. My bike is in the shop once again due to your shop bad work. My bike is my transportation to work. I've been catching a Uber all last month and now this month. They even broke my phone holder and it took for me to notice it and say something to get replace it. I would like a refund, because again, I spent over 300 only to have to take my bike to another shop. Also, I brought the bike from there at the end of 2023. I shouldn't be going through this with a bike a year and a half old. This is my transpotation to work. If I don't hear from you soon I'll assume you don't care and I'll just figure out what I'll do next. I would definitely just not let this go like that. "Purchased a bike three months ago the lady assisting me wasn’t to welcoming, immediately right after I was having issues with the bike shut off in the middle of a ride or issues starting it. Which I found strange being that I’ve only rode by bike 8 times in counting… Come to find out the battery was no good & the battery doesn’t fully lock into place causing the battery to lose and prone to other complications. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO MAKES A PURCHASE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING COMES NEWS FAR AS TIRES, BATTERY, “ SEATS “ & ETC IF ANY REPAIRS ARE BEING DONE WATCH THEM CLOSELY… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD PERFER ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS LOCATION!"
