"If I had the chose I would not give this review any stars at all. I just spoke with a young lady over the phone this evening and she was extremely disrespectful. I've been trying to get in contact with someone over at the JD sports in time square however, you can't get to anyone. I asks the young lady if she could help me. instead of her telling me no, she says if you couldn't get through to them what makes you think I can. As much as I wanted to stoop to her level I didn't. However, these companies really need to start training these employees correctly."

"Extremely not attentive. The worker that was suppose to attend to me smelled like high grade weed...eyes glossy and spaced out. I was in the process of buying 12 pair of snakers. He was so impatient that's I left. Went to Jimmy jazz across the street and spent 3200 dollars. Not only was my experience their a negative one, they lost a customer that spends thousands a year on Sneaker...I will never step foot in JD sports on Fordham or any where else.PEACE"
