"I took the mat Pilates class with Telisha. I signed up through ClassPass! I like how she combines yoga elements into our practice. She also plays fun music that honestly just makes me happy! She is a great instructor and the class is challenging. I enjoyed the class so much that I came back again and brought a friend along. The space is intimate and very pleasant. The people in the class are very dedicated to the practice and there is a calm atmosphere. I will be coming back often."
