"I have been a member of Stretchab, in West Caldwell for over a year and I have to say it has been an incredible experience! From the first moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, which set the perfect tone for my session. The stretching session itself was fantastic. My Flexologist, Denise is knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of concern. "I took an intro session a couple weeks ago and it has honestly changed my life (not being dramatic lol). My flexologist John M. relieved the tension/tightness on my legs and most importantly THE KNOTS IN MY BACK (which I didn’t even know existed until he pointed them out). John also gave me some knowledge and a couple of movements I can do to prevent and/or relieve them (if those suckers come back which they haven’t). All in all, if you want a good stretch and someone with actual knowledge in this kind of area BOOK WITH JOHN!!!!!"
"Horrible place STAY AWAY. Once they a have your credit card number will make it very difficult to cancel. We have been trying to stop charges since December when due to health reasons we suspended membership. To our surprise they charged us for January and February. Must have called them at least 10 times requesting manager call back. Never got one."
"This place has changed my life. I suffered from hip and lower back pain and sciatica. For years I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractors, and trigger points injections. 4 weeks working with Alex and I can move pain free! I sleep better. I can sit again. "So I would’ve loved to use this location since it’s less than a mile away from my home. But unfortunately, I didn’t have the best of experiences. I called in to make an appointment approximately little over a week in advance. The day off I called to see if I could come in a little bit earlier I was traveling from a further location at the time, and asked if I was able to come in a few minutes earlier. (Drove over 45 min ) to then fond out that my appointment was never scheduled or there was some kind of a fluke or miscommunication. I was upset since I arranged my day to make it here, But was trying to be understanding. The manager then spoke to me and went over everything with me and apologized for the inconvenience. She offered me a no cost session replacement , what I originally had booked . I let her know that I appreciate her offering that to me and that I would consider the offer & And get in touch with her if I decide to use this location, and asked her to send me an email in the meantime. Well a few short weeks later, I could not find the email and wanted to follow up and take them up on their offer, when I walked in the girl at the desk was very pleasant, but she had no idea of what was going on, and I gave her a quick synopsis of what has happened, and she said that the only person who could approve a free of charge session was the GM, I asked her if she could call somebody to verify this information since I did speak with a manager , and again for some reason not everything was documented. She stepped away and came back and told me that I can have a 25 minute session free of charge. With that being said, this is why there’s two stars given , when you take the time out of your day to make appointments and book, things happen. But they extended a courtesy session to me in this situation, and even then the courtesy still changed to something else, and nobody was aware of what was happening. So with that being said, I will continue to use the Livingston location and drive further, because they have always been accommodating, and I never have any surprises with them especially in such a short time frame . Beyond Disappointing experience here, and the worst part is, it has nothing to do with the money, but more so information I told twice was now apparently not documented or anything of he sort ."
