"Harry chiu represented my children and did an absolutely horrible job putting my children in harms way several times. When my children were answering Mr.Chiu truthfully he told the judge they were being coached, and should immediately go back to the parent that my children told him they were getting hit from and having their hair pulled by(without any wind to caution that the words my 3 and 4 year old children said to him were true ),and after that,my ex put an order of protection on me against all of my kids (which not one word of that order was even close to true,in fact most of it was what my ex had done to me and my kids)and my children went to meet with Mr.Chiu again shortly after,and this time,after I heard what Harry told the court the things my children Said it was very clear to me that now that my children were being coached(because I have an amazing relationship with every one of my kids and my demeanor is always positive,calm and composed with them and every word Mr.Chiu claimed my children said were arguements their mother had with me in prior years that again,were all untrue)and this time Mr.Chiu tells my attorney that hes not a liscensed therapist to assess whether my children were being coached or not(but he made a ruling against me that i was coaching prior) and takes wind to caution this time around and extended me not seeing my children for another month without Any corporal punishment even mentioned .I was Very greatful the judge showed the professionalism she did in seeing that my kids were being coached but that was after 4 months not seeing my kids that got me to a point of depression where i could barely get out of bed,my kids missed most of their baseball season that I paid for and I coach their teams also. From what I understand of Mr.Chiu's process with children (regardless of age) is based solely on the childrens respone to when he asked if theyre afraid of that parent or not(regardless what the word afraid means to that child,the child might be afraid to do something he's not supposed to do because a certain parent might raise their voice but even thay isn't how I parent my children I'm always calm and they respond better to calm!) So if the children are making a claim of corporal punishment and when Mr.Chiu asks them if they're afraid of that parent and the child or children say no,Mr.Chiu believes they were being coached and closes his mind to that narrative and will keep that mindset for every court appearance. I wrote Mr.Chiu a very kind and sincere email pleading to him about all of this telling him how much my son loves baseball and how fast he runs,and that it is breaking my sons heart not being able to play in an attempt to show Mr.Chiu how much i love my kids and how much of their every day lives im involved with(mainly because his reportings to the court are solely based on Mr.Chiu's opinion of what he believes he's learned after spending only10 minutes with the children that hes never met before)and hoped he would start approaching this case more open minded ,but he didn't and just continued with the same narrative that he was 100 percent wrong about.Initially,when I brought my children to him for the first time I told my children" I'm sorry you even have to do this but it will be over quick,I'll be right outside the door and just try and answer Mr.Chiu the best you can because he's here to help" and Mr.Chiu used everything my 3 and 4 year old honestly said against them and took time away from them with their father and me with my children that I will never get back. This was only part of what he was wrong about the list is alot longer than what I wrote here today"
