"I went to this store twice and saw they had Sailor Moon mystery boxes. However, upon opening I received a different character from an anime I haven’t seen before. Thought this was a mistake the first time as they just opened up around Thanksgiving, but nope. Same results today. Great potential of a store that is wasted in my opinion. There are better quality shops in and around the mall."

The tacky decoration is an eye sore and I felt pressured by employees to buy a $16 keychain which was not only fake merchandise, but I could find something for a quarter of that price on any website!! Also, caution cause they got nsfw figures just out and about staring at you. ps. They probably know what they're doing considering they don't allow refunds."

"Store has a no refund no exchange policy mostly because almost all of their items are fake. Miscolored items, poor quality builds. You can find higher quality Chinese knock offs from eBay and Amazon. Can see someone being taken advantage of being caught up in the moment in this place."

"Do NOT shop at this store! They overcharge on what they sell. I went to pick up a keychain, something I can find on Amazon for $4 or $5, and they charged me $16 for it. None of their products are marked with prices, and they do it to steal your money. You cannot return anything either. Please be careful! I don't want anyone to go through what I went through there!"

"The items here are not real authentic versions. You can tell by the plastic quality as well as the boxes. Counterfeit Anime versions are shipped in 2 different shipments to clear customs, the boxes are shipped flat together and the figures are shipped loose separately. This is why none of the boxes are sealed and why they are distressed and not flat and square edges. The prices are just slightly different than normal retail and it may fool some. Look into this for your own opinion."
