"Absolutely love being told I can’t use dollar coins because the cashier “has never seen them before” that I got out of a stroller machine at the mall. Straight up told me she wont and then tries to throw out that it’s store policy??? It’s store policy to refuse legal American tender?"

"the store has a really excellent selection but the prices are def higher than you'd find elsewhere for the same things. the cashier today around 2pm was also incredibly miserable. she didn't greet us, ask if we found everything ok, etc. she rudely told me to tap my card and shoved the bag under checkout guard. then she just walked away without saying a word"

"More of a music/manga/Funko Pop store than a comic store, but if that's what you're looking for, it's a great option. Store is spacious and staff are friendly and helpful."

"I have visited three times, the opening, and two since then. All three times I have left largely dissapointed. The first time I bought a couple of items and the staff felt very unwelcoming, and almost like they were burdened by me asking for the location of something. The second time I went in the store, the person greeting almost hit me while playing with a squish ball in the entrance, and very rudely told me to have a nice day when I left. The third and last time I went in the store, I was at least greeted and helped by a friendly member of staff. Don't remember his name (I do remember it started with a D) but he had curly blonde hair. He helped me find what I was looking for, and was incredibly polite. The rest of the staff was less polite. The individual cashing people out didn't greet me at the register or say anything to me, and tried to start ringing the next customer before handing me my receipt. The other individuals by the register were busy playing on their phones the entire time. The staff member that helped me also got strange looks while he was checking the price of something behind the register for me. I have heard good things about the company, and was excited to see a location opening in my mall, yet I am incredibly dissapointed with the results. I was excited to take my little sister to the store to pick out some presents for the upcoming holidays but I will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst experience I have had in a store in a very long time."
