"Don't waste your money. Please save yourself the headache and hire proper representation. I Informed Mr. Cabello of the situation regarding an eviction. I signed and paid for him to send a 15 day notice to the person which is what he advised. When the 15 days was up I called to proceed with the next step. He did not even know what paper work he sent. He said he sent 60 day notice and then told me to call him back. I had to remind him what was signed. His response was "Call me back in a couple days." I think I will pass. I have no more money to waste. For all those who had a great experience, I wish it was me too."
