"Best lawyer I have ever had the experience of working with! Very professional and caring of her clients. Idk how she only has 3.4 stars."
"I have no idea how Christinia has 3 stars. I have used her services multiple times and she is nothing short of perfect. Easily reachable even at the odd hours I tourtured her. I highly recomment her without hesitation. Professional, easy to speak with and explains absolutely everything in terms you understand.❤️❤️❤️"
"I recommend Christina heavily. She is a Leader and a great negotiator. I was on the other side of the table with my Attorney for a NON-Payment Eviction case for my apartment which she represented the tenant. The Case was all for me as it was a simple non-Payment that she turned to a win for her Client with her negotiation skill . She made a settlement without a single dollar from her client. I was impressed, and I would hire her any time."
"Tldr; I do not recommend her service if you are looking for someone responsive and respective to your time. I hired her for closing my first home purchase after a recommendation from a very reliable real estate agent that I have worked with. Since the agent was pretty good at his job, I assumed she would also be a reliable person to work together. Also, I, a fellow woman of color, was excited to support the business of another women of color. Pros: Her cost ($1360) is relatively cheaper that the other attoneys’ I compared ($1500~). Cons: Very slow to respond to anything. Literally anything. It takes at least one full business day for her to respond to my email. One time I asked her to share the copy/proof of the down payment deposit that the seller’s attorney shared with her, since I needed to provide that to my mortgage company. I kept asking her to share the copy with me multiple times in a span of a few days. She never shared me that. My real estate agent helped me get the copy. Doesn’t read any documents. There was an error and typos in the documents that the seller’s agent made during attorney review. She failed to address any of them. The error was quite significant that it could have reduced the value of the property I was purchasing. I was the one who addressed that when she should have been the one to address the error. Clearly she’s not reading the documents throughly. Ignores your questions/doesn’t answer your question straight. I asked her multiple times how I can pay the closing cost to the mortgage company on closing day (cash? Check? Wire transfer?). Since it was my first home purchase, I did not know anything about literally anything. I asked her multiple times about this and she never gave me the answer. The only reply I got from her was “the closing cost is due at closing day”. I was like, yes I know that and I’m asking you how to transfer that money. She never replied. Last but not least, she didn’t show up to my closing. I literally sent her an email the day before to confirm the date, time, and location of the closing. Yet, she failed to show up. I and the title agent called her and she showed up to the location so late that my real estate agent and I have already left. Overall, I’m very disappointed at her service. I will not hire her again."
"My impression of her from my experience is that she is very unprofessional. As she is a representative for the Tenant Advocate Group for Union City, I expected a much higher standard or at least a decent standard of professionalism from her. She alleges to want to reach a peaceful agreement, but I have never seen anybody as uncooperative and belligerent as Christina. She was very obnoxious and does not respect other people’s time. It’s disgusting how certain people that are in roles that are supposed to help and be a resource for the public actually create more problems and conflict. It’s sad that tax payer dollars go towards people like this who just want to have more billable hours and waste time for everybody else. Despite having years of experience, if you are not able to simply communicate and listen in this field, then all of the experience will be meaningless. Also reading and understanding contracts is an important part of being a lawyer. Please do not claim or say others are in breach of the contract if you can’t fully understand the terms yourself."
