"I had a great experience at Santana Law Firm! I started my Petition for Alien Relative there with them. Since day one we were treated great with respect and kindness, their secretary Sandra Paez helped us out most of the time and I have to say she was amazing! She handled our case with care and urgency as if it was her own. She was available to help us out whenever we needed her, we finished submitting all of the required documentation and it took three months to get our case approved by the immigration. "This office helped me get my adjustment of status for my green card (marriage) I was a bit nervous due to a few things going on in my life so I wanted to make sure I chose an attorney that would lead me the right way with all the documents I needed, I wanted no mistakes because I’d waited 17 years for this. A friend had recommended them to me, so when I initially went they were very crowded and I felt a bit anxious because of how busy they were, you do talk to the Paralegals at first, however I was happy enough to see they are very professional, I was helped by Nayeli most of my case, amazing lady, can’t say enough of how professional she was. They are very clear on how the payments should be made and a 3 part payment plan worked perfect for me in order to keep advancing my application. I had missing paperwork at first, so they had raised their prices when I went with all of it the third time however they still honored the original price which only shows you they have a great work ethic. Not a lot of places do this, they care about people. I received my permanent green card on March 2022, 8 months in total after filing, (now it is a year later) I was shocked at how efficient and fast they worked, my work permit came in the mail after 6 months and that same month I got my date for the interview for March. Jose Santana was my lawyer, I had spoken to him in the office a few times so he was well aware of my case, while most paperwork was done by Nayeli, amazing team honestly.
