"Stay away from here been sitting here 3 hours and they have run 10 trucks around me and loaded them Mexican girl in the check in couldn’t even write my phone number down after I told her what it was 3 times terrible service here management needs two come in here and clean house"

"I was dispatched to Roberts warehousing to pick up my back all and I got there about 20 hours before my appointment. When I checked in I explain to them that I was a day early and they were okay with it as long as they could verify that they had all the product and it was being pulled for my shipment. I hung around until about 1900 that evening because my 14-hour clock was about to expire and I didn't feel like spending the night on their property, which they allow. So I told them I'll be back in early in the morning at 7 and we will try again. Got there at 7 on the nose everything was copacetic and they had me loaded out and rolling by 8:30. That still put me six hours ahead of schedule from where I was at so I was still happy. would have liked to have the extra hours cuz I could have spent them at home but, you make do with what's given to you. So for me to show up a day early for those guys to be all right with it and for me to leave come back and still get loaded out early I give Roberts warehousing a 9 out of 10 for professionalism. And I wish I can remember the young lady's name in The Shipping Office that has to Bear all that heat because they're too cheap to get her a window units AC or something to keep it cooler in that little tiny room but she gets a 10 out of 10 for humility for doing such a great job and I Warehouse full of men working under pretty stressful situations in the heat. I know she wasn't happy but she didn't let anyone else know that. Good job!"
