"Make sure you take to a independent mechaniac to have a vehicle looked at .. which I would recommend on any used vehicle. The staff is friendly and the sale went thru without a hitch. I took the vehicle to a mechanics and the rear shock tower was broken , along with rusted out fuselage , along with being told frame rails very rusted out and pitted along with sway bar bushings. Garrison did fix all this for me , fast forward a year go to get vehicle inspected and will not pass inspection ... about the third person to tell me should not have passed inspection. rusted and pitted frame rails and needed brakes. Again went to garrison and he took my vehicle and had frame rails welded . I asked him if would also get vehicle inspected for me to which replied not going to chase the inspection and was doing me a favor by taking care of the welding . No i said you are doing what a good business owner should do and making it right... needles to say i traded that vehicle in a year later as i do not want to deal with the possibility of on going problems every time go to get inspected. All's I'm gonna say is make sure put vehicle on a lift and inspect cause they surely do not. guess no longer operating under Conklin cycle now Paugh auto."

"Bought a car through this business, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Had a slight issue after purchasing the car but they fixed it with not hesitation at no charge. They kept in constant communication the the entire time. I would very much recommend!"

"I am 100 percent disappointed with my purchase...... The customer service is horrible the young dealer Austin just pushed the sale and sold me a car that was broken in 10 different ways not too mention I showed my interest in the car on a Monday paid 6000 cash and they made me wait til Friday to pick it up told me to be there by 5 and then made me wait til 7 to finalize the sale I asked to test drive it before I paid and he said hebwas in a hurry so declined me that option and now my car has been back in for repairs 5 times and they aren't fixing everything. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone over priced and they sell lemons"

"I purchased a vehicle about 2 weeks ago. They were great! Austin helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service. The brakes were bad when i took it home but Garrison is great. Set up a time to get them replaced for me. I was nervous about the bad reviews but i honestly had a great experience. I will definitely be doing business there again."
