"I would give 0 stars if I could they have double charged me for over a yr now caus my wife's membership she let cancel in 2022 and then re activated a membership (witch if you do so it apparently starts a whole new membership for witch they will charge that account and your old account) but I spoke with the manager and she told me she would be able to help me and then after countless phone calls and multiple trips to this facility I was told there's nothing they can do that it is a "system error" so I would spend the extra 5 bucks and find another gym.."

"I had previously used the Morgantown, WV location and had to cancel as the state I was traveling to did not have a club in any location. It was a nightmare trying to cancel and the manager at that location completely lacked humility and was extremely disrespectful. Though I was only a member for just over a month they still charged the $49 annual fee for 12 months and refused to refund any of it. After arriving back in PA I reopened my membership at the Uniontown location. I just cannot say enough about Sari and the staff there. She was able to fix my account so I would not be charged the annual fee again until the next year it was due. She was so helpful, humble, and compassionate to my situation. She and the staff there are just amazing and so pleasant! I am unable to work out due to spinal disabilities and they have so many more options for me such as the relaxation pod with heat/scents and meditation videos, two hydra massage beds, two hydra massage chairs, etc. The club is well maintained and kept very clean. The only thing I would change would be to have paper towels available in the restrooms. I highly recommend this location! Thank you so much Sari!"

"Staff is rude! Been going there for 2 years to go tanning.. I have had my older kids with me several times who would set and wait for me to tan. They are all over the age of 13.. As a matter of fact all over the age of 16. All of a sudden it is a big deal and they are not allowed to set and wait for me. They wasn't tanning.. Not using the exercise equipment. I was told that they have to go back out to my car and set.. And it was 90 outside on this day! I don't understand how its a big deal all of sudden now after 2 years of going and them never saying anything to me."

"This location went downhill quick. Half the treadmills are non-functional or missing pieces and it seems that no one gives a care in the world. Men's lockers have not been cleaned in forever. Plus the lack of 24/7 hours is pretty dumb, there is demand, so deliver!"
