"Called to have a dumpster removed from an old tenant ,which was there 2 weeks or more should have been gone October 1, 2022 and the receptionist swore at me also said she didn’t care and it will be picked up when they can get it. Then when they did finally pick it up they threw some stuff on the ground which the new tenants had to pick up… how professional is this company!!!! THEY ARE NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!!!"

"Very friendly and easy to work with. They delivered the dumpster as requested and placed in the correct spot. Made cleaning out the barn much easier. The issue come in the confusion of picking up the dumpster. I didn't realize I needed to call, but I did, on a Saturday. They are not open, however, I left a message, that was ignored because it was not an emergency. When I called two days later the person on the phone was nice, however was rude in that she didn't let me speak. She continued to interrupt me. Even apologized for it, but continued. To the point that I just hung up. I couldn't get a word in edge wise anyway. I would rent from them again, though I do question if they would even listen long enough should there be a problem."
