In addition to CrossFit there are many other class offerings for whatever level of training you are at/looking for. Staff are friendly and look to modify movements to avoid injury and help make classes challenging for you. I have been impressed with the community at the gym and the weekly newsletter. "This is a great gym. The coaches are very knowledgeable, and the classes are great workouts. They always let you scale the workouts so you can either increase the difficulty if you can, or reduce the difficulty so you don't injure yourself. "I have never taken at " Camp" class and it was awesome. Coach Maura did a great job coaching the class and it was an intense workout that left me dripping in sweat ! I loved every minute of it.
