"Customer service in the store is absolutely horrible! They will have four or five employees behind the counter and sitting on the counter joking and laughing and you will be standing by the sneaker section for 20 minutes before someone even looks your way and even then they may not get up to help you. This used to be a really good store to purchase sneakers for my kids now do you have to beg for them to even help you. My recommendation is to buy any sneakers you want online because the store has the worst employees I have ever seen in my life"
