"If you are looking for a fantastic personal trainer or a group class with wonderful people this should be your 1st stop. I've been working out with Ryan for several years. His knowledge of the muscles & how they should be worked/built is beyond what I have experienced with many other trainers. He pays close attention to everyones form & does a very thorough job of explaining exacty how your form should be. I'm a massage therapist so this is what impressed me 1st, his method warms the muscles up & ensures we won't get injured. I love the way he organizes a workout! It is always a clean space! He attracts some of the friendliest people I have met. To me this speaks a lot to the wonderful person Ryan is. I felt welcomed right away in my 1st class! We have a great time with one another and are always pushing each other to test ourselves. I should have wrote this much sooner, it was a client of mine writing a review that made me feel I should be doing more of that for the people/places I love. This was my 1st stop."
