"Went here way back in 1999. Do not attempt to go there if you have and attitude or cannot follow orders. They will put you in your place from the second the bus pulls up. I was only there a few weeks and halfway through orientation they pulled me out and changed their mind about accepting me!? I had already told my friends and family I was accepted. It was a sign of many similar things to come sadly. Keep in mind if you are not accepted you will be transferred right next door to the "annex" for months waiting for a transfer. The annex has absolutely NOTHING! No weights, no fields and no library. Literally nothing! Not even a pull up bar. If you end up there jump on a job in the mess hall ASAP or you will lose your mind. Took 3 months for my transfer..."
"I was there for the program and if you work the program it does help you. Be prepared though, you have to shave your head, and you definitely stay in shape, by way of tortuous working out. Mad dog platoon 06/2010. I still use some of the things I learned. And the coffee cake was the best food in there."
"Everyone knows the Eagles w/DI Tadt will remain the hardest, and best. When I FA & FO I took the opportunity to get out sooner. It was HARD, it was INTESNE, but it works for THOSE who WANT it to work. Don't come here thinking you're gonna stroll through with your same attitude/life you had in the outside, you aren't. PT for an 1.5 doing nothing but pushups, sure. Again, DI Tadt will wear you down. You will leave a better person. Thankful for my time here, as it made me a better man, a better son and father. Without THIS shock program, I doubt I would be a free man. I have NEVER gone to jail since. A word of advice, EAT what you take..."
"The place is for those that wants to change their life around. It is not easy. The place is like a bootcamp. But 6 months instead of years in prison I will do it again if I have to. I was in the Titans the hardest group in the facility. With drill instructor whitmire and drill instructor Gornacabbage I don't know if I pronounce the names right. They were hard as hell. I learned that if I could deal with them I could deal with anybody on the outside world. I was there in 2019 and it started with 50 of us, and 30 of us got to finish it. Believe me it is not easy. But it is worth it though."
"Great place to stay. Beds could have been better, food was decent. Staff was wonderful and another guest even offered to wash my back in the shower"
