"While I understand this is the ONLY option in Delhi to purchase lighters, cigarettes, etc. There is absolutely NO reason to be rude to customers. I left my ID in the car and I went out to get it for the purposes that they need to check IDs and the clerk was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my boyfriend saying if “she doesn’t have her ID you can get out of my store right now it doesn’t make a difference to me”. If this is how you treat your customers, I will gladly take the extra 15 minute ride to the smokers choice in Oneonta."

"Bought a YOCAN vape device and it didn't work 8 days later so I tried to exchange it. Was told there wasn't any returns. After explaining I only wanted to exchange it for the same product......was still denied. Called corporate and they transferred me to owner who would not listen and denied me as well. I was then told to leave the store because I was upset and my business there was over. 2 minutes later as I drove away hdn back to work the corporate office called me and (Melissa) said I could go back to exchange it ..... however I was headed out of town"

"Do not buy anything from vape section, they have no clue what they are selling.I asked for a STARTER KIT,he sells me a tank.So I go back again asking for kit,so then he sells me just the battery.So I go back and just asked for some coils for the tank I already had. And again the wrong product,and refusing to sell just one coil after spending 22 dollars on the wrong one,with attitude from the manager. Spent all that money cant even use what I bought.I will never go back or recommend them.Thanks for nothing!!! I was also wondering if they wouldn't take back the coils and make me pay for the one I opened,and said they wouldnt sell me just one of the right coil,then why are the coils in the wrong box I bought have a separate price on each individual coil...this place is a RIP off!!!"
