"Worst place I've ever been to go to the hospital repeatedly for heart problems then they finally call you back schedule appointment work Cardiology and then the day of my surgery they call and cancel reschedule and call and cancel again the day of surgery so I'm sitting here with chest pains not knowing what's going on with my body while they play games everything is documented I've been going at this for a year now they took me out of work because of my heart problems and I can't go back to my job until they release me and my appointment got postponed again worst place ever needs to be shut down now I understand why the guy was able to walk out of Cooperstown with the IV in his arm in past I hope they sue this company someone needs a sharp Bassett Healthcare down"
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to schedule an appointment here for months and have had multiple telemed appointments scheduled, only for them to be canceled the day before the appointment was scheduled to happen, then trying to get in touch to reschedule takes DAYS for anyone to get back to you because they don't answer the phone so all you can do is leave a message. This has happened numerous times. It's ridiculous to wait months for an appointment only to have it canceled last minute, and then have to reschedule for months in the future."
"Worst place ever to be treated for your mental health. I was a patient there for over a year but could not make it in person to the appointments because I didn’t have a way there but I was able to do them online. The counselor was completely cold and distant and was no help and the psychiatrist only pumped me up on meds that made me sick. They forced me to see someone else outside of Bassett so I did but it took a while to get in elsewhere and the psychiatrist stopped all my meds so that really messed me up. When I saw my primary he gave me some kind of meds for relief and told me to go back to them so when I called they told me that they won’t take me and that I need to find outside recourses. These people should really go back to school and should not be handling patients."
"Do not come here for your mental health, they don't get back to you at a reasonable time on setting up appointments and discharge you for the most ridiculous reasons, I recommend going elsewhere. Do not ever consider coming here."
"Extremely Disappointed! If we had a similar physical illness we, first, wouldn't have to wait months; second wouldn't be dismissed because we are only home for the summer and finally would be given a follow-up appointment at the very least instead of literally being told I can't help you, in so many words. A formal letter will be sent."
