"I made a google account to personally rate this clinic. The staff are all very nice, the main Doctor is knowledgeable, kind and pretty. However, when I had an option of getting my blood work done. I didn’t want it but the doctor convinced me to. After a week I was called to come and talk about the blood work. I went in spoke with the nice lady for 3 mins about it and left. Afterwards I was told I would be charged a co pay, I am very unhappy that I have to pay for a follow up appointment on blood work. I know I am giving a 2 star for something kind of small but to me now my family an I are afraid to go to doctor at any time for small things because of this incident. I wish I could’ve given a 2.8 stars but unfortunately I can’t. I called and tried to explain my predicament an no one tried to help. Maybe if this situation gets resolved I’d change my rating but for now I feel as if my issue doesn’t matter an they just want money."
