"I really like the care I received from Dr. Patalino. The office staff is rude and you never get call backs when you have to leave a message. I really can't believe they are so short staffed. If that is the case then maybe this review will encourage them to get more help so when you leave a message it does not take over a week and you then have to call again. I left a message last week and still no call back. I left a message today. Lets see what happens. This also happened to me in August so this is not the first time I have had this type of treatment from the staff."

They are hard to get a hold of, but with my experience of being a patient of Dr. Patalino, he is willing to work with is patients to satisfy their needs to the point where he and they are both content... I feel that he is a nice guy to talk to and explains any procedures that he will perform. He operated on my hand to remove a mass which he did; and it has healed up nicely and Dr. Patalino follows up when you request it. I hear all good about this doctor and I recommend him."
