"Something is really wrong with this pharmacy. I have a client with disability who called this pharmacy concerning his medication. The symptoms states he needs a refill/no refill.The doctor office sent the refill for the medication on a Monday. It's now Wednesday. I call pharmacy the phone been ringing. I have been calling for 1 HOUR AND A HALF straight and some ONE keeps hanging up the phone. What kind of pharmacy is this. Finally get through to the pharmacy after 3hours and being hang up on. Now they stating his medication is ready. They been had the script since Monday. This is crazy."

"ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! My partner just had a very serious procedure done over 24 hours ago, and we have called over and over and visited the store to try to pick up her prescriptions, and this pharmacy has been of no help whatsoever. Poor customer service, impossible to reach over the phone, if you can even get through their horrible robot. Do not go here."

"What a terrible pharmacy. There's no sense of customer service at all or empathy for peoples' medication needs. Whether on the phone or in the store, many of the staff are condescending and speak with disdain. They act like they are doing you a favor by dispensing medication. If you don't like your job, find a new one; don't take it out on customers. Unfortunately, the automated phone system and the website often don't have the most accurate information when it comes to prescription status. So, I spent 45 minutes yesterday just trying to get through to the pharmacy to check the status of my RX. I would get put on hold and then once I thought I was finally going to get through to speak to a human, they hung up on me. This happened three times. Perhaps they were busy with in-store customers, I don't know, but to just hang up on customers is unacceptable practice. I seem to have to go through this rigmarole every month because they never have my medication in stock. It shouldn't be this difficult to get medication. Next month, I'm asking my doctor to call my RX into a different pharmacy - even if that means it's a less convenient location."

"One of the worst pharmacy:convenience stores I’ve ever been to. I can’t believe they are still in business all these years!!! The staff have terrible attitudes, especially the Jamaican cashier lady on the first floor. The place looks dusty and unkept. Disorganized."

"I don’t usually leave reviews of stores like this but I had such a bad experience this morning that I needed to help people avoid this place. The downstairs area near the pharmacy is FILTHY — I had to wait for over an hour for my scheduled vaccine appointment (this wasn’t even that bad), but while I was waiting I had to deal with multiple type of bugs, mostly gnats, flying around and landing on me and the other waiting guests. It was absolutely disgusting. Additionally, there was garbage lining the floor by the pharmacy counter, including a cigarette butt. It clearly had not been swept or vacuumed. Someone could have easily at least cleaned up that area where people would be waiting. It’s unacceptable for the condition to be this bad, especially in a medical environment. I will do whatever I can to never go to this store again."
