"This Walgreens needs new management. They seem to get by on the pharmacy, however their staff especially the new ones are not properly trained & quite frankly do not use their mind. It makes no sense that I get emails to pick up a prescription only for the cashier to be clueless and tell me to comeback tomorrow. They’re very lost here."

"Man with a deep voice who answered the phone at 7:12 was extremely rude & hung up on me. I called to notify them that my door dash driver needed help finding something & they were denying him help at the store so I called them to see if someone can help them & instead of helping he was extremely hostile saying there short staffed and hung the phone up on me. Will never shop here again."

"PLACE NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY OVERHAULED!!! Everything is locked down and when you look for a person for assistance, no one is to be found. Then if you are lucky and after 15 mins do get someone to help you and get your item, get ready to wait another 20 minutes on the line. Overall I would say AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST unless you have an emergency. Then again if you have an emergency, I would not recommend this place given that it takes forever. I would start with replacing management and then retrain the employees. I do not see this place lasting long because people will get fed eventually"

"Horrible place. Do not use their Fedex drop off service. I dropped a package off there 4 days ago and apparently its still there. I called to ask about it and got transferred to a non working number that eventually hung up by itself... smh The following day I spoke to a manager that assured me that the package was still there and would be taken that day. He even told me it was taken when I followed up later in the day , yet the tracking record from FedEx did not reflect this. He said that they have to update it once it gets to their facility, which I knew was a lie, otherwise there's no telling what happens to packages when you drop them off with a 3d party. I called the next day and someone else confirmed that the package was still there (the manager lied for no reason whatsoever). I went back to pick up my package myself and dropped it off at FedEx personally. I don't understand why the process was so difficult or why they would lie about such a thing, but know, they cannot be trusted"

"SKIM WARNING: do not swipe your card here! Two different cashiers were staring at me typing in my PIN code. Either they are in on skimming scam, or they were raised by moderchodes. Who doesn’t know not to watch a customer type in their PIN? A moron or a thief. Will never shop here again."
