"Excellent. Everyone soo nice and they always help me.. what I want"
"This is by far the worst pharmacy in all of Astoria. If you try to call the pharmacy you will wait on hold for 20+ minutes only to hear what sounds like someone pick the phone up for 5 seconds and then promptly hang-up. This has happened multiple times and is very clearly intentional. And good luck going in person, the line for the pharmacy is almost never shorter than a 30 minute wait. Just awful customer service all around."
"This place used to be great but it’s just like Walgreens. Nobody picks up the phone. If the medication requires authorization, they won’t reach out to the doctor or call/text you to let you know. They expect you to show up physically in store and in a long queue, just to check in on your prescriptions. Awful."
"This is the most poorly managed CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to (and they’re all pretty poorly managed). I got in line to pick up my medication (which was ready) at 7:45pm and when it was my turn 5 minutes later, they said I couldn’t change my insurance because they “close drop offs at 7:45pm”, even though everywhere else online and on the signs at the pharmacy itself says they close at 8pm. In the time the manager took explaining this to me they could have just updated my insurance. I had to leave without my medication even though I needed it that day."
"Incredibly long lines, I’ve often waited 30+ minutes of a prescription. They also close 30 min in the middle of the day but don’t bother to re-open on time even though the line already extends past the end of the aisle"
