"I have been a client of this pharmacy for the past 20 years and they had 3 different owners and they always kept Sandra who always went above and beyond for excellent customer service regardless of the weirdness going on there. "The worst pharmacy you can go to. The lady there is rude, talks over you, and provides poor customer service. First time I dealt with them she called me asking for me, when I asked who it was she kept on telling me I can't tell you that. Like seriously? You called me. You could have just said I'm from wise Drugs. She kept on telling me she couldn't tell me who she was. I had to hang up and search the number to see who it was. When I called back she tried justifying her behavior saying that she didn't need to tell me who she was and I had to answer her questions. Whatever. I let it go the first time because I really needed my prescription. Second time is today, I had recently changed my insurance and didn't know that Wise didn't accept my insurance. She told me to go to a different pharmacy and request for the prescription to be transferred. Okay, that's fine. Sounds simple right? I go to a pharmacy two blocks away and Wise is giving this pharmacy a really hard time to get the prescription transferred. The same lady even hung up on the pharmacy that I went to. The pharmacy called 3 times because Wise didn't even transfer the medication. Even I had to call Wise to see what's going on. Although I hate my new insurance the only bright spot is that I don't have to go back to Wise. Honestly even if I didn't get my insurance changed I would have probably not returned to Wise Drugs. If you are in the Richmond hill area you are better off at Trumed Pharmacy, which is two blocks down."
