"Do not use this pharmacy if you actually want to be served. Urgent Care, a block away, sent medically urgent prescriptions for me to pick up only for them to not have it ready nor notify me at all for the rest of the day. They wouldn’t pick up their phone when I needed to ask them to transfer. Whoever was working at the time seemed like it was his first day and could not even follow basic instructions."

"Arrived 15 mins after they are supposed to open to find the place shuttered. When they did decide to open, I let the pharmacist know my doctor had sent in a script this morning he rudely chastised me saying “you know we just opened right??” Like it’s somehow my fault he was late to open up. Don’t expect them to be open when they are supposed to be or to be treated respectfully if you decide to come here."

"The cashier was completely unhelpful. Refused to move from behind the counter to check if something was in stock in store because it was showing as in stock online."

"I’m new to the whole picking up prescriptions thing; however, after having to deal with the CVS on Orchard, because one of my scripts was on back order for all Walgreens/Duane Reade locations, I would recommend this Duane Reade pharmacy to everyone. Super timely, can see what script was sent over (that CVS can’t? That CVS also seems incapable of answering questions), and just an easy experience. That CVS has had my prescription order for THREE DAYS and apparently that’s not enough time to fill it. Maybe it’s on back order, if so why can’t they inform me? If not, why can’t they put pills in a bottle in three days? Either way this Duane Reade gave me the information I needed to tell the doctor what to do in this situation. Also I have experienced them filling scripts on the fly. Absolutely lovely. Hats off pharmacy team"

"I made an appointment to get a COVID shot. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment. I checked in and the tech (I assume) got my issurance information -- for some reason information does not get transferred across Walgreens stores. Tech told me to get a seat and that she would notify my if there was any issue with my insurance. I waited but did not get called, so about 30 minutes later I went to check if there was an update. I have heard that that they were having system issues so I asked I I could still get my shot. The pharmacist asked "what shot?" So obviously she was totally unaware of the workflow or appointments that customers had. I wasted my time and had to cancel my appointment."
