"Pharmacy techs and pharmacist are very rude to you if you come in shortly before closing or have any questions. The last two times time I came in, my concerns were met with hostility and zero clarity and left in tears. They (the techs) also do not understand insurance and prior auth and told me false information about my current rx plan. I sat and called my insurance company and doctors and they were both bewildered that someone with such little knowledge about the industry would be able to work so closely with medications. The only good tech is the young black man. The rest are rude."

"I visited this location 4/5/2022. Horrible service. I was looking for skin burn relief medicine and person I asked was sitting on chair and wouldn’t even move - I just heard something like - try to look on that shelf. I was in a pain and it was really hard. Then I pushed the call service button and about in 5 minutes some guy approached and pointed me at another shelf but without any recommendations. I must say - it is a worse service ever! Employee obviously don’t want to work! I shocked! Please do something!"

"Went for a flu shot. Caused confusion and helplessness with personnel. While waiting for them trying to figure out the paperwork and insurance had to listen as they talked behind the counter loudly about it “she is not pregnant”, “what vaccine should I choose”, etc. Super weird and quite annoying. The procedure is performed at the store right next to the counter. The nurse offered me to put the blinds up after I already pulled my button shirt down from my shoulder, bs I couldn’t roll the sleeve up. I think, DR shouldn’t offer flu shots in places where there is no conditions to do it and personnel isn’t trained. Needless to say, I’ve got a pretty big bruise on my shoulder for the next few days..."
