"I visited this branch of Duane Reade on Friday 5/12/24 for the first time ever. I went there for my Covid and pneumonia vaccinations. I’m 65 and have visited many pharmacies. By far, the pharmacist on duty that morning was the BEST I have encountered - both in terms of medical knowledge and customer service. I believe her name is Alice (sorry if I am mistaken). She was the only pharmacist on duty on the morning of 5/12/24. She deserves appreciation and commendations from Duane Reade corporate. For additional context, most of my reviews on Google are one star, so five stars mean a lot to me."

"This store needs to close. The items in the cosmetic departments are all open, half empty and dirty. I asked to 4 different people help to understand what was tester and what actual products. They all bounced me back to an other person which supposed to be the responsible for this department which she didn't know either and laughed at my question. Embarrassing"

"This Walgreens is just the Worst. The Staff is Extremely Unfriendly and Do not Provide Any Customer Service. I am in a Wheelchair, I asked for Some Assistance and the Female Staff Member just stated I'm going on my Break. Then I Noticed the Refrigerator Door was not Closing Properly and I let the other Staff Member Know. And She just Shrugged her Shoulders. This is the Refrigerator with the Dairy Products in it. Real uncaring Staff in this Store !! Horrible!!!!!!!!"
