"The store itself is outdated and cluttered, but that's on corporate. Some of the staff is friendly, helpful, and kind; others are painful to deal with. Whenever I deal with an unhelpful employee that's wasting my time, I politely walk away and request help from someone else. Usually the other person helps me get what I need, like check inventory, issue rain check, process return, etc. They have decent skincare options, wide array of cosmetics, and medical supplies. They also have a poor selection of food products, but I guess it's meant to resolve hunger in a pinch as opposed to stock your pantry. In my case, I was very sick, needed comfort food, and this was closer than a market. They did not carry good chicken noodle soup, etc. but at least they had painkillers/ fever reducers, reusable ice packs, and hydration options like gingerale."

"No bargains. Snack items fresh. A sale buy 3 bags of chips? This isn't good for singles and small family. This store has sales to benefit only themselves."

"Once I walk into the store, the staff automatically starts following me around like I’m a thief or something. I cannot shop in peace. Duane Reade is the only store that’s across the street from my house and they have everything I need. I’ve been shopping here for over 15 years now and I still feel like I’m treated like a thief. They need to stop following people around and let them shop in peace. Sometimes I’m so fed up that I literally waste my time in there looking at products that I don’t need just so I can waste the employees time by them continuously looking at me so that they won’t do their current job. If they want to keep looking at me and following me around then I’ll just keep wasting their time. I’m over 50+ year old and I feel like the young generation has no respect for the older generation of customers."

"Poor customer service- the girl cashier is not even greeting and or saying any words to customer. She is standing there like a robot, ring us up - we said thanks and she just walked away. I don’t know if the rest of them are like that, but this is not how it works at a retail. Unprofessional."

"Like other reviews terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Waiting for flu meds. Feel terrible as it is. Told 15min and turns out to be 30+min . I was the only person waiting on line. Maybe prioritize filling Rx for the person actually there? Then pharmacy assistant had the nerve to order me to sit down. She needs to take lessons in dealing with people don’t go into customer service if you have zero empathy."
