"This is by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and I’m talking specifically of the pharmacy itself, not the store. Since moving to the area I have switched all of my prescriptions here and there is an issue with my regular medication nearly every single time I try to fill it. Either they have run out and do not order it in time or they make mistakes with my insurance or there is just a nasty attitude, they just don’t seem to know what they are doing. I have to call almost every month and that in and of itself is an issue because they often do not answer the phone and not because they are busy because when I go into the store, it is empty. They just don’t feel like answering the phone. I have been left standing at the counter while they chit chat. They will look right at me and then keep on chatting away. I’ve always gone to Duane Reade because I was happy with the professionalism and care but this one does not measure up to my former location. I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down like cvs did next door."

"Pharmacy tech is in need of training. She was trying to give me a brand name prescription and I asked to substitute for the generic. Instead of answering the request, made twice) she advised me to call the insurance company and tried to run a coupon. I assumed she had no idea what I was talking about and called the pharmacist. About 5 seconds of work later he was able to inform me there was no generic substitute. Wouldn’t that have been a more logical answer than calling the insurance company nonsensically? Not sure I’ll be back I expect a little more…"
